Responsibilities and Main Tasks/ 主要职责和任务:Be responsible in the identification of business opportunities in new markets or products that the Company can venture into it. Measured in accordance with agreed number of projects at start of financial period.Prepare the necessary (financial) documents that the Company will need to make sound investment decisions, keeps the timeline set.Develop and drive marketing strategies specific to the achievement of revenue targets of area assigned.Lead in developing and keeping current all the sales kits, i.e. presentations, product brochures; technical handouts; samples and demo equipment.Keep the Company calendar updated with relevant trade fairs, conventions and conferences.Influence and educate customers on the Company’s products and value propositionProvide lead support for new product introductions and other sales initiatives.Ensure that the Company is current and well informed with all customer activities.Ensure solvency of customer and OTIF payments.Offer a pro-active attitude on all business topics, specifically but not limited to pricing options when offering, commercial alternatives in RFQ processes, developing further business.Ensuring that all business decisions be supported by adequate internal documentation (Costing’s, Sales Bridges, reports) and in line with COMPANY Pricing Authorizations policy.Ensure that all sales reports are correct and sound as precursor to the preparation of the P&L related reports.  Required Qualifications and Skill Profile/ 职位所需资格和能力:  Business Management or Engineering graduate preferably with MBA  Over 5 years’ work experience in the Manufacturing Industry as business development/sales.Familiar or proficient in project management. The industry background from packaging of Food & Beverage, Homecare, Personal care , Pharmaceutical and Healthcare is preferredStrong market sense and market development ability  Experienced in the project sales and tailor-made solution provider.Proficient in written and spoken EnglishComputer literate (MS Office and use of Internet)                Knowing of Quality system such as ISO9001/ISO13485/BRC requireme.
