Primary Purpose: Project management for domestic and international projects and money collection follow-up.Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Pre-sale projects: Work with sales preparing bidding documents and provide pre-sale technical support.
2. Post-sale projects: Manage projects from contract sign-off through to completion of installation, testing and commissioning with goals for the project being: on time; under budget; safe execution; appropriate final results.
3. Money collection follow-up.Education & Experience Requirements:
1. Bachlor degree, majored in science and engineering and other related major.
2. At least 3-5 years’ experience in construction or project related management for small to medium sized projects.
3. Electrical and structural backgrounds are helpful whether through formal education or real world experience.
4. International projects experience is preferred.Job Specifications:
1. Must be able to use MS office well.
2. Bilingual skills in English and Chinese is needed.
3. Need to be comfortable in a position where conflict is common with other contractors, clients; etc…Must be able to argue in defense of company contract rights, for example.
4. Excellent communication & coordinate skills.
5. Organized and detail-oriented person.
6. Self-motivation is essential as well. Other Special Requirements:
1. Domestic and international travel is extensive. Perhaps 60% of the hours are spent traveling.

1. 国内和国际旅行：60%的工作时间花在出差上。
