* Proven track record of at least 7 years in developing B2C sales, preferably in the nutraceutical industry, with a passion for delivering impact and tangible results. Experience with probiotics and formatted products is an advantage. * At least 5 years' experience with imported products sold both through CBEC and in offline sales channels. * Master's and/or bachelor's degree(s) in Food Science, Chemistry Engineering, Business, or related field * Have proven track record in negotiation, relationship management, opportunity and pipeline management as well as project management and execution with a passion for delivering impact and tangible results. * Have strong interpersonal skills, and experience with stakeholder management across functions and cultures, to enable organizational readiness and commitment to maximize commercial success * Have ability to thrive in uncertainty and constant change, and willingness to execute to make things move forward * Have proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM * Have excellent oral and written English skills Are you passionate about making a sustainable impact, and do you see yourself in this position?
