Job Responsibilities：职位职责：
1、负责出口订单出运安排，根据订单要求制定出货计划。订舱，拖柜安排，进仓安排，货物追踪,状态维护和提单和客人所需文件。Be responsible for shipment exporting , create shipping plan according to the orders and request , arrange space booking , trucks loading, warehouse inbound ,tracking shipments status and update system, bl of lading handling and related documents by clients required.
2、根据要求及时维护放舱信息，准备报关资料，根据实际情况调整出货计划 System maintenance in time according to department request. Prepare and send customs documents , quickly adjust shipment content , container size ,ports if needed or requested
3、与国外客户和国内代理与供应商和公司内部部门紧密沟通，能解决、及时传达货物在出运过程中的遇到的问题和要求。 Close coordinate and communicate with clients , forwarders and suppliers ，internal departments, ensure any logistics issues or requirements can be solved and conveyed in time
4、完成部门内部要求的每日工作任务 Complete the tasks from team base on your daily work. Job Requirements：职位要求：
1、Graduated from college and above 专科及以上
2、Major in Logistics ,international trade or relevant 物流或国际贸易相关专业
3、3+years working experience in the field of logistics 3+年以上国际物流进出口相关工作
4、Acquiring the professional knowledge related to export, be familiar with container shipping , customs clearance，the laws of customs. 熟悉涉及进出口相关知识，掌握集装箱出口规定，报关的要求和法规
5、Knowledge of the international forwarders process and familiar with international air freight , sea freight inco term,freight cost and other related issues熟悉国际运输条款,货代操作流程，贸易条款有一定的认识
6、Proactive and “can do “attitude , willing to learn 积极的工作态度，愿意学习
7、Ability to work independently and work under pressure 能独立完成工作和在承受压力8、Work overtime whenever there is business need . 工作需要可接受加班9、Good English in written and oral 英文良好
