1.日常办公室维护
2.协助集团行政总监审核集团员工月度报销
3.提供远程团队的差旅行程安排
4.协助组织集团公司大型活动、路演、文件制作
5.接待来访政府视察等工作
6.年度退税申请及其它集团行政总监指派的工作任职要求：
1.有5年以上工作经验优先
2.全日制4年本科毕业生
3.具有较强敬业精神、责任心，良好学习能力和团队意识。
4.可以用处理英文邮件和文件，并可以用英文流利沟通
