岗位职责：
1.负责模具开发：进行DFM、SOR，领导工装设计评审；
2、熟悉工装制造进度；
3.参与模具试模，分析根本原因，解决问题；
4.管理工程变更请求（ECR）（分析、报价等）；
5.编制技术STD，持续改进；
6.成本评估，执行VAVE；
7.研究新技术、新材料、新工艺；8.与跨职能团队合作，对其他部门进行培训；9、上级下达的其他任务。
1. Responsible for the tooling development：conduct DFM、SOR，lead tooling design reviews.
2. Familar with the tooling manufacture progress.
3. Participate in mold trial , analyze the root cause ，do trouble shooting.
4. Manage the engineering change request （ECR）（Analyze，quotating，etc...）
5. Compile the technical STD， continuous improvement .
6. Cost evaluation， carry out VAVE .
7. Investigate on new technique、material、process .8. Work with cross-functional team，do some training to other department. 9. Other task assigned by the superior.
任职资格：
1、大专以上学历。
2、机械工程、模具、材料工程专业。
3、5年以上注塑模具设计或制造经验。拥有自动化内部和外部零件模具的家族。
4.有钳工经验者优先。
5.熟悉聚合物和金属材料的性能，根据使用寿命和原材料选择合适的钢材。
6、熟悉注塑工艺及调试，有使用moldflow经验者优先。
7.有CAD经验，***是UG。8.项目团队领导。9.良好的英语书面和口头表达能力。
1. College degree or above.
2. Majored in machanical engineering，mold，material engineering.
3. More than 5 years experience in injection tooling design or manufacture. Family with molds of automative interior & exterior parts.
4. Hand on experience of bench work will be preferred.
5. Familar with the properties of polymer and metal material， choose appropriate steel depand on the life time & raw material.
6. Familiar with injection molding process and debug , experience of using moldflow will be a plus.
7. CAD experience， preferably UG . 8 .Project team leadship.9. Good English both in written and oral spoken. 年龄要求：30岁以上
