1. Lead and manage Function quality engineering to meet requirements of ZF-BPM (Business Policy Manual) and IATF 16949 including internal and external audit etc, assess effectiveness and compliance of plant-wide quality systems for ongoing improvements & 3rd party, customer, AP and other audits.领导和管理功能质量工程, 以满足ZF BPM（业务政策手册）和IATF16949的要求, 包括内部和外部审计等, 评估工厂范围内质量体系的有效性和合规性, 以进行持续改进和第三方、客户、AP和其他审计。
2. Develop, implement and manage quality KPI under control including customer/process/supply PPM, customer complaints, conduct yearly/quarterly/monthly/weekly review, develop corrective and preventative action, work with process, testing, production and other departments to drive improvement action executed fast and effectively制定、实施和管理受控的质量KPI，包括客户/过程/供应PPM、客户投诉，进行年度/季度/月度/每周审查，制定纠正和预防措施，与过程、测试、生产和其他部门合作，推动快速有效地执行改进措施；
3. Communicate with customers, AP, Global team and internally to manage and control LPA (Layer Process Audit) process to meet and/or exceed customer expectations与客户、亚太、全球团队和内部沟通，以管理和控制LPA（过程审核）过程，以满足和/或超过客户期望；
4. Control supply quality, work with AP/Global team, conduct on-site audit for continuous improvement or prevention;控制供应质量，与亚太/全球团队合作，进行现场审核以持续改进或预防；
5. Report to senior management and external party on quality performance through various channels including Manufacturing and Quality reports, Operation review, online eQOS (quality operation systems) etc.通过各种渠道向高级管理层和外部方报告质量绩效，包括制造和质量报告、运营审查、在线eQOS（质量运营系统）等。
6. Manage and develop Quality people from inspectors, technicians, engineers to supervisors.管理和培养从检验员、技术员、工程师到主管的质量人员。 年龄要求：32-45岁
