职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Achieve sales targets for the assigned region/industries. 达成指定的业绩目标
2. Develops sales plans and strategies for covering existing core business accounts and new customer development. 针对公司现有核心客户及新客户开发,制定销售计划和战略
3. Identify and manage sales opportunities based on analysis of customers' needs and technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations. 积极寻找和管理销售机会,分析客户需求,推荐相应产品和服务
4. Manage the customer quotation& contract, sample test and business follow up. 管理客户报价,合同,样品测试及业务跟进
5. Coordinate with Shanghai team and HQ to satisfy customer requirements. 与上海团队及美国总部紧密合作,满足客户需求
6. Participate in sales & marketing activities, trade show, read related publications in order to obtain information about market condition and business trend and industry development 市场推广:通过展会,相关协会等了解/分析市场和行业发展动态,竞争对手动态,推动中国市场长期发展计划
7. Performs other related duties, as assigned. 执行公司分配的其他任务 Requirements:
1. Preferable university degree in metal material/ Chemical material/Mechanical. 大专及以上学历,金属材料,化学材料,机械等专业优先
2. Prefer to have 3~5 years’ experience in sales related roles either in thermal spraying &roller industry or converting industry( diaper, film, paper, tape…) 3年以上的销售相关工作经验,有辊筒/胶辊/热喷涂/涂层/片材加工(薄膜,纸尿裤,胶带,纸品...)行业经验优先
3. Proven track record of sales experience in B2B business model. 具有工业品行业良好的销售业绩记录
4. Self-motivated &Result-Oriented 工作积极主动,以结果为导向
5. Good communication and negotiation skill. 良好的沟通能力及谈判技巧
6. Good team Spirit. 良好的团队合作精神
