As one of our quality assurances for indoor furniture your focus will be to ensure the right quality is shipped to our customers on time. Your knowledge of production, materials, surface treatment and packaging will enable you to make the correct decision according to our quality standards. You will be a part of our China team (Qingdao Shandong area) and an important part of our China Team. You will daily be in contact with colleagues in our Shanghai office. Knowledge of quality requirements, materials, surface treatment, processes and packaging will enable you to support supplier and supply chain department. Main tasks include: · Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC documentation according to customer requirements· Administrate and lead corrective actions and change requests· Create and monitor weekly QA planning together with the Quality Team· Lead sample reviews for the accessory category with colleagues and suppliers· Ensure reference samples and 0-production samples are signed and documented with relevant sample report, both for future reference and use of Quality Controller’s during inspection· Support TPs Technical Product Manager in ensuring continuous improvement of best practices related to the QAs working at TP SH office. · Participate in kick-off meetings and provide technical input to product coordinators· Communicate directly by mail and phone with relevant colleagues in Denmark regarding relevant projectsYou have a minimum of 5 years working experience as QA for furniture or similar experience from production. Work experience for a major international company an advantage.
