Responsibilites:Deep dive in understanding of business strategy, implements corporate HR policy at thebusiness unit or division level了解业务战略需求并促进人力资源工作各项要求在业务部门有效规划及实施;Facilitates organization and leadership development efforts, working with management to address root causes of human resources issues. Drive organization design, workforce planning talent management and succession planning activity协助管理者发现组织发展中的问题,合理有效设计组织架构及配置人力资源,关注人才发展和培养体系搭建;Develops and drives company-wide programs and initiatives (e.g., recruitment, salary review,development, communication).Provide solutions to management team and ensure implementation在人员招聘,培养,沟通等方面为管理者提供全面建议并予以落实;Design and facilitate activities in employee communication, engagement enhancement and change management支持员工沟通及企业文化落地,员工敬业度提升及组织变革管理;Resolves employee relations issues through a systematic approach系统视角解决员工关系问题;Desired Skills and Background:At least 8 years of proven HRBPHR Manager experience-demonstrated success insupporting start-up team development至少8年 HRBP/HR Manager经验,有支持过初创团队到成熟阶段经验者优先;Proficiency in HR full function techniques including OD and performance management, good command of employee life cycle management, HR techniques and tools精通至少2个人力资源模块,***是OD/Performance Management,熟悉人力资源日常管理工作流程,了解并掌握人力资源各项管理工具和技术;Excellent business acumen,be sensitive to people and organization dynamics, provides solutions to the organization issue and implementation.良好的业务理解能力和洞察力,具有对人及对组织的敏感度,能够针对问题形成有效解决方案并落地;Strong self-motivated, fast adaptor and quick learner强烈的自我驱动力,快速适应和学习能力;Good communication and partnership skills优秀沟通和快速建立关系能力;Bachelor's degree above本科及以上学历;Fluency in English and Mandarin 英语及普通话流利Working experience in a dynamic engineering environment such as high-tech/semi-conductor industry is a plus快速发展工程领域企业工作经验,高科技/半导体行业尤佳。
