1、半导体设备的安装、调试机台参数；
2、半导体设备的升级改造，设置并完成实验；
3、半导体设备的故障处理，保障设备正常运行。
岗位要求:
1.本科及以上学历，机械电气及相关专业
2.半导体相关工作经验
