Payment information and related documents preparation (including print, sort and scan of PO, contract, invoice. etc.), e-banking payment operation (including input, double check, submit. etc.) 付款信息及相关文件准备(包括订单, 合同, 发票打印, 整理及扫描等), 网银付款的操作(输入, 检查, 提交等);Collect invoices and documents;收取相关发票和文件；Filing/retention financial documents (entry, report., etc.) and routine support work归档/保管财务文件(凭证,报表以及其他)和日常工作支持；Ad Hoc duty assigned by management.由管理层分配的其他工作。                  Qualifications and Experience 证书和经历:   Education 教育  Financial specialized this year’s graduates or above, Accountant or relative在校学生，财务专业应届毕业生或以上学历，会计相关专业       Key Competency 关键能力与素质  Knowledge of finance & accounting, certificate of Accounting preferred有财务会计相关知识背景，有会计从业资格证书者优先考虑Responsible, details oriented and knowledge of office software (excel)负责，关注细节，有相关办公软件应用知识(excel)           Communication Capability 沟通水平  Good in Mandarin and English on writing and speaking.良好的普通话和英语书写和交流能力。       English Capability 英文水平  Writing and speaking fluently流利的书写和口语
