职位描述
1、与中国各地的客户进行冶金行业项目的技术销售和执行;汇报给销售总监。Technical sales and execution of Metallurgical Industry projects for Steel Melting Plant with our clients all over China; reporting to the Sales Director.
2、市场分析和潜在项目分配。Market analysis and allocation of potential projects.
3、开发和更新客户数据库。Develop and update a client database.
4、为每个客户定义营销策略,与客户的关键人物建立个人关系。Defining a marketing strategy for each individual client, setting up a personal relationship with the client's key persons.
5、参加销售技术会议、合同谈判、签署和进度会议。Attendance at the sales technical meetings and contract negotiations, signing and progress meetings.
6、与商务部门和总部共同制定所负责项目的市场营销策略和战略,特别是在最后阶段。Together with the commercial department and headquarters, establish the marketing strategy and tactics for the responsible projects, specifically at the final stage.
7、根据客户要求准备报价和投标,获得相关批准并发送给客户,并跟踪进度,采取必要的行动赢得业务。Prepare quotation and tendering per customer request, get related approval and send to customers, and track the progress, take necessary action to win the business.8、遇到技术问题,及时与总部联系,使客户与总部之间进行有效沟通。In case of technical problems, contact with the headquarters timely and make an effective communication between the customer and the headquarters.9、积极与西班牙总部沟通协调。Active communication and coordination with the headquarters in Spain.10、公司安排的其他工作。Other tasks assigned by the company. 任职要求:
1、本科或以上学历,冶金工程,机械工程或材料科学专业。Bachelor degree or above Engineering, e.g. Metallurgical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Material science.
2、5年以上冶金行业工作经验,机械设计经验,重型机械加工经验,有国际贸易或商业经验者优先。At least 5 years work experience in metallurgical industry or machine designing or heavy machine machining, etc., experience in international trading or commercial will be preferred.
3、熟悉冶金行业,特别是炼钢厂,具有良好的市场营销知识。Get familiar with Metallurgical Industry, especially for the Steel Melting Plant, and have good knowledge of marketing.
4、英语读写流利,电脑操作熟练。 Fluent in both written and spoken English and good computer skills.
5、与冶金行业客户建立/扩展现有关系。Establish/Expand existing relationships with the clients in metallurgical industry.
6、熟悉技术。Technical competent.
