1、室内设计、建筑学或相关专业专科或以上学历，七年或以上室内设计、建筑学或相关工作经验；2、具有独立完成高质量方案设计能力；3、具有独立完成施工图的方案及审阅能力；4、具有优秀的小组管理经验，在设计总监指导下能带领设计组独立工作的能力；5、良好的人际沟通技巧与表达能力、职业素养及管理能力； 6、熟练的手绘美术功底，熟练操作SU、CAD，PPT，PS等相关绘图软件及办公软件。Job Description:    1.
