岗位职责:?Act as the key communication channel with the client and the project management team of the company; responsible solution Driver for Customer Project Portfolio – Design, Maintain & Develop Solutions Portfolio;? Provide leadership to the project team, develop and define the responsible matrix to the project team;? Initiates, monitors and directs projects and programs from inception through delivery;?With RRD's full authority to be overall responsible for project scope, project milestone and schedule, project quality, project delivery and project cost;?Drives strategies to deliver customer requirements and recommend company capabilities in manufacturing and engineering services; Analyze gathered customer and production data with the aim of identifying bottle necks, production improvements and Customer output;?Lead the project team to identify all potential project risks and develop the risk mitigation plans, and escalate such risks to the company management if necessary;? Provide the accurate project status report to the company management in a timely manner;? Conduct the change management for the project, review and approve the changes occurred to the key project
任职资格:? Bachelor with at least 5 years Sales/ Sales Support experience in project management; pirnting industry experience is a plus? Demonstrates advanced functional, technical and people and/or process management skills as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills;? Excellent in English (oral & written) & computer operation;? Experience in consultancy to customers a presentation & communication skills, open mind and team work spirit;? Flexibility and be able to work in high-pressure circumstance; willingness to travel;? Business minded, finance and logistics concept;? Strong leadership & dynamic;? Aggressive, Positive & Proactive attitude;? Project & Process management experience, with PMP certificate preferred.
