General Summary:Assist IS Manager to install, configure, maintain and support company IT infrastructure and applications.Duties & Responsibilities:System SupportProvide technical support to office in Shenzhen, Hong Kong and overseas countriesMaintain and troubleshoot workstations, servers, networksSupport company applications such as merchandising, access control, CCTV and video conferencingTravel to branch office in Hong Kong when neededSystem OperationsSupport daily operations of company systemsPrepare management reportsMaintaining IT technical and end user documentationProject ImplementationProvide technical assistance to IS manager in IT project implementationKnowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs):Excellent communications skills in oral and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese.Ability to analyze and troubleshoot network, server, workstation hardware and software problems.Ability to maintain IT infrastructure in compliance with corporate and local standards.Exposure in database and reporting tools.Ability to work independently as well as in a team environmentAbility to communicate with end users effectively with serving attitudeHigh sense of responsibility, self-motivated and self-learningWork Experience &/or Education:Degree or Diploma holder in Computer Sciences or related degree is preferred.Minimum 3 year experience in technical support.Knowledge in Windows system administration and support.
