职位描述
1、Assisting BD Manager to collect customer and contact information 协助部门经理收集客户及联系信息
2、SAP system master registration and data maintenance SAP系统用户注册以及数据维护
3、Sales order input, order taking 销售定单输入并安排定单
4、Payment confirmation 付款确认
5、Coordination with logistic dept goods delivery arrangement 配合物流发货安排
6、Inventory control and reporting 库存控制和报告
7、Assisting accounting Dept to do management of A/R 协助财务部收款管理8、Make prompt corresponding to any customer's feedback or concerns 及时反馈客户回应及其所关心任何问题9、Gather and categorize new customer's information and contracts 收集和分类新客户的信息和合同任职要求:
1、College graduated or above 大专及以上学历
2、At least 1 year sales dept relevant experience in foreign company 至少1年外资企业销售相关工作经验
3、Good command of English both in speaking and writing 良好的英语听说读写能力
4、Good knowledge of Windows and office software (esp. word, excel, power point) 熟悉windows和office软件 (例如word, excel, power point)
5、Good communication skills 良好的沟通能力
