-Work closely with printing team members (printing supervisor, technicians, quality engineers, forming and molding process engineers), to find solutions for printing quality issues. -       - Daily meeting and communication with team.  -        Follow up testing and monitoring and implement improvements wherever necessary.  -        Provide technical support and process analysis to reach setup goals.  -        Continuous look for solutions to optimize the printing conditions: Follow up the implementations, keep clear history logs (documents, samples, etc.), action plan of all improvements and processes, and track the results, correct where needed (PDCA).  -        Arrange meetings or lead task force team to tackle quality issues at printing process. -        Communicate with suppliers (paint, screen, mesh, squeegee, etc.) to support printing process optimization. -        Support project team with new parts design, testing, improvements and acceptance.  -        Make, optimize and keep clear records of printing design in Coreldraw for each project.-        Prepare printing documents (process, WI, SOP, etc.) and arrange training.  -        Special tasks assigned by Engineering Manager or General Manager.-        Bachelor degree in chemical engineering and technology. -        5+ years working experience as hands-on printing process engineering is a must. -        Proficiency of Coreldraw is a must. -        Experience of flatbed printing with CCD-alignment (Atma, Mino) or cylinder-stop press (SPS) is a plus. -        Experience and knowledge of printing with special inks and foils for forming and molding (FIM/IML) is a plus. -        Fluent Chinese and English language skills, both oral and written. -        Strong leadership skills and strong sense of responsibility towards production quality, environment, the company and its customers. -        Good knowledge of engineering procedures in manufacturing processes. -        Very good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and clear understanding of CAD-drawings. -        Creative and open minded (out-of-the-box thinking).
