职位描述

主要职责：1、负责到访客人的接待及对前台电话的处理；2、负责向客户介绍学校的服务和设施；3、协助日常办公室事务，如接听电话、收发传真、文件打印及复印；4、为整个办公室有关工作人员提供秘书工作的服务；5、为上课学生作课程安排及提供相应的服务。职位要求：1、大专以上文凭；2、形象气质佳，具有亲和力，口齿清晰；3、热情开朗，具有优秀的沟通技巧；4、工作认真负责，有耐心；5、熟练操作办公自动化软件；6、有客服工作经验者优先。
