Mission:- To meet sales target by implementation of sales activities in the assigned region.Job Responsibility:- To be responsible for Surface and Exploration Drilling sales and achieve sales target in the assigned region by individual effort and distributor network.- Increase and track the market share in the assigned region.- Establish, develop and maintain relationship with customers and dealers through visits and telephone calls.- To assist District Manager setting sales target- To manage the dealers, if any, in the define territory- Monitor the market and competition - gather, evaluate and analyze information about the market.- Share information about new potential business with manager.- Participate in seminars, exhibitions and contribute to other marketing activities.- To equip self with excellent product and application knowledge.- To organize the training of product technical sales skill to key account customers and distributors.- To coordinate the sales administration process with product ,aftermarket ,logistics and credit team:- To interact with aftermarket team to provide good after sales service to customers.- To keep relationship with logistic team to ensure machine’s delivery orderly.- To communicate with product team in obtaining product support.- To be responsible for account receivables in compliance with company credit policy.- To achieve Epiroc “to be customer First in Choice” of the market by value added and care service to the current and potential customers.- Follow the company policies as stated in The Epiroc Way, including the Code of Conduct and Compliance issues.Experience Requirements:- More than 2-year experience in machinery sales of construction.Knowledge / Educational Requirements:- University degree or above, majored in mechanical engineer or equivalent- Good English communication skill will be a plus- Good computer skills including Microsoft skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Personality Requirements:- Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills, team player, self-motive, customer centric,results-driven and accountable.- Willing to travel and can work under pressure- Having astute safety awareness and comply with safety regulations of company and customer sites
