岗位职责：在负责所辖区域业务开拓，确保符合（超过）公司业务的长期目标；负责获取新客户，支持并挖掘公司关键客户更多潜力，提高客户满意度，为整个销售团队做出贡献；制作区域销售计划与目标（季度，年度）与整体业务目标保持一致；与公司关键客户的高层管理人员保持长久的良好关系；分析区域市场趋势，发掘业务增长新潜力；保持与公司其他部门的顺畅沟通，特别是运营与财务；能够有力并清晰的为客户表述公司的优异；确保账款回收的准确与及时。  Job Description:Responsible for the market development of the area to meet and exceed the expectation of the company’s business objectives in long run;New customer acquisition, key customer retainment and renewal, increase customer satisfaction and contribute to the overall sales team;Create area sales plan (quarterly, annually) and quotas in align with the business objectives;Maintain long-lasting and strong relationship with senior executives of company’s key customersAnalyze area sales trends and identify new potential for growth;Foster good cross-functional communication with other departments, in particular with operation, finance;Be able to deliver powerful presentation which communicate clearly the excellence of the company;Be responsible for the due payment collection.
岗位要求：机械，电气或市场营销相关专业本科学历；3年以上机械，电气相关产品销售经验；了解制造业生产流程；以客户为中心并有极好的沟通和合作能力；善于自我激励和团队合作；英语日常对话能力；良好的电脑应用能力；经常出差；常驻地：江苏/上海。负责区域：上海。 Requirements:Bachelor degree of Mechanical engineering/electric/ marketing relevant subject. 3+year’s hands on sales experience with mechanical/electrical industry background preferred in MNCs.Understand the manufacturing process;Customer focus attitude with excellent communication and coordination ability.Self-motivated, a team player.A good command of English skill at least in writing and reading, speaking is a plusComputer skills on MS-office and database.Frequent domestic travel is required.Areas:      Base in: Jiangsu/Shanghai.  Responsible areas: Shanghai.
