工作职责(Responsibilities) 需要经常出差。Frequently customers visit.达到每年年初的销售计划。Meet yearly sales budget assigned by Sales Manager.跟客户保持良好关系,以获取市场信息,便于作为商业决定的依据。Keep good relationship with customers and get related market information for business decision and strategy.维护客户关系,开发客户,以提高公司的市场份额。Maintain existing clients and new business development to enlarge market share & allocation.能够利用各种资源,包括公司的供应商资源开发新客户。Be able to utilize various resources including the company's supplier resources to develop new customers.作为客户和内部部门的桥梁,反馈信息以完成报价。Provide customer requests and feedback to engineering dept. for designing and Making quotation.善于跟公司内部其它功能部门沟通。Good cooperate with another department such as production/engineering/QA/CS etc. 资格条件(Qualifications) 至少3年在生产企业的销售经验。Over 3 years direct sales experience in manufacturing areas with excellent sales performance.有模切行业经验的优先考虑。Work in Die cutting industrial is preferred.优秀的沟通技巧。Excellent communication skills.全面的市场考虑和细节 的跟踪。Strategic thinking and detail care are needed.在销售行业里有成功的案例。Successful story in sales position.优秀的口头和书面的英语技能。Good English skills, including oral communication.本科学位以上。College Degree or Above in technical related major.有供应商开发维护经验尤佳。Experience in supplier development and maintenance is a plus.
