Responsibilities: 工作职责：1. Support processes with all integrated management systems (IMS) related topics in order to help them comply with the requirements of internal and external IMS standards. 推动支持各部门与IMS有关的流程，以符合内外部的质量管理要求。2. Prepare documents and maintain the documentation system in order to comply with the requirements of quality management systems towards documented information. 准备和维护数据库，受控文件，符合集团文件控制和数据库管理的要求。3. Strengthen IMS concept by training of relevant processes on IMS standards and implementing routinely on-site inspection 在公司内部推广质量管理体系要求，定期检查执行情况。 4. Be responsible for IMS system and process training. 负责组织质量管理体系及质量流程管理方面的培训。 5. Lead external audit, group audit and customer audit preparation and follow up, make sure the NCs are closed in time. 负责外部审核，集团审核，客户审核的相关准备工作，并跟进关闭相关不符合项。 6. Coordinate for investigation and close customer complaints to fulfill for customer satisfaction 协助调查和处理客户投诉并制定解决方案。Requirements: 要求 1. Bachelor degree, above 5 years Quality system experience 本科学历, 5年以上质量体系工作经验； 2. Familiar with ISO9001, HACCP standard, Feed / Pharmacy industry is preferred. 熟悉ISO9001,HACCP体系标准，饲料或制药行业经验优先； 3. Have the experience in external audit and ability to organize internal audit/management review 协调安排各类外审，有组织内部审核，管理评审等事项的能力 4. Good communication and coordination ability; 优秀的沟通协调能力 5. Good command of English in both speaking and writing skill (Need communicate with Group IMS team) 优秀的英语书写和口语能力（此岗位需要经常总部的相关部门沟通联系）
