Tasks工作职责
1. Develop the channels (DI/PSB/PB/Distributor) to sale the MV circuit breakers to real estate, public infrastructure and industries.负责区域内面向房地产,用户工程和工业行业的渠道(包括设计院/供电局/盘柜厂/经销商)的开拓和销售管理。
2. Develop sales strategy in the responsible areas, and implement the sales plan to accomplish the sales targets.制定负责区域的销售市场策略,有效实施销售计划以完成公司销售目标。
3. Effectively manage the customers to maintain the strategic cooperation partnership.有效管理客户客户,维持良好的合作关系;
4. Cooperate with marketing function to gather marketing information, and product marketing promotions.协助市场部收集市场信息,和策划实施产品推广活动。Requirements职位要求
1. Junior college or above, Engineering background, Power electricity and automation is preferred大专或以上学历,理工科背景,电力或自动化专业优先
2. At least 3 years working experience on medium voltage product sales position or distributor management三年以上中压元器件销售或分销商管理经验
3. Good communication skill, proactive, and initiative良好的沟通能力, 主动、积极
4. Good team work and self-management skill良好的团队合作精神及自我管理能力
