Job Responsibilities工作职责: 1) Customer Relations客户关系·      Providing soft marketing support.提供软营销支持。·      Costing and price quoting.成本和报价·     Customer liaison.客户联系·     Addressing customer grievances, if any .处理客户不满，如有。2) Product development产品开发·      Making proper charts for all the developments and arrange samples as per buyer requirement.为所有样品开发制作适合的表格，并按客户要求安排打样。·      Making sure development sample followed as per buyer requirement and on time.确保按照客人要求正确及时地打样。3) Production生产·      Scheduling factory production and tracking production.计划工厂生产安排，并跟进生产情况。Making PI as per buyers PO and send to buyer after signatures from Authorized signatory.根据客人的订单制作销售合同，有权签字人签字后，发给客人。Arranging Mini Marker and issue FR & TR as per required quantity and Quality.安排用料图，并根据要求的数量和品质，提出面料及辅料需求。Sourcing fabric and accessories and tracking. Following up with fabric team and trim department to get materials on time and as per required quantity.采购面辅料，并跟进。与面辅料部门跟进，及时拿到正确数量的材料。Following TNA to achieve all approvals before deadline.按照行动时计划表, 在截止日前完成各项审批。Developing samples and ensuring that they are submitted before deadline安排打样，确保早于截止日及时提交。Production card— Ensuring production card is provided on time as per TNA cut out date.大货生产色卡 – 确保在时限表截止前，及时地提供大货生产色卡。PP meeting — Arranging PP meeting and discuss all the information which concern department need to know.产前会议-安排产前会议，与各部门讨论需知的相关信息。Quality — Discussing with QC if they are facing any issue with factory .品质-如果QC在工厂发现任何问题，及时地与他们沟通。Quantity discrepancy— informing buyer in advance for any quantity discrepancies are there.数量差异 – 如有出货数量差异，需要提前通知客人。Arranging final inspection.安排最终验货3) Others其他Bookings— coordinating with logistics department for bookings on time and handing over the goods.订舱-与物流部门协调，按时订舱，并移交货物。Training— Training juniors. 培训-培训新人。Filing— Maintaining filing as per requirement.文件归档-根据要求整理归档文件任职条件：
