职位描述
工作职责:? 负责所属区域经销商的开发与管理;Responsible for the development and management of distributors in the region? 负责所属区域销售任务的达成;Responsible for the achievement of sales target in the region;? 负责所属经销商二级渠道的拓展及推进工作;Responsible for the expansion and promotion of the secondary channels of the distributors; ? 负责所属经销商市场秩序的管理与维护;Responsible for the management and maintenance of the market order of the distributors;? 协助和支持门店渠道、工程渠道开展日常工作;Assist and support store channel and project channel to carry out daily work;? 及时准确的完成上级交待的任务;Accurately and promptly complete all the tasks assigned by superiors;? 负责本职工作范围内涉及的EHS管理、沟通、协调工作。Responsible for the management, communication and coordination of EHS within one’s duty.
任职资格:教育背景,
任职资格或培训要求Education, Qualification and training ? 本科及以上学历,专业不限;College degree or above, no major requirements;? 受过市场营销、产品知识等方面的培训;Trained in marketing, and duct knowledge;? 接受公司新员工入职培训、安全培训及与本岗位相关的培训内容。Accept new employee orientation, safety training and other job related training programs.工作经验及基本工作技能要求Experience or skills required
1、3年以上相关工作经验;More than 3 years related working experience;
2、有从事家居、建材行业相关营销经验者优先;Marketing experience in home furnishing and construction materials industry is preferred;
3、具备一定的沟通、演讲及培训技巧;Good communication, presentation and training skills;
4、工作主动性强。Strong work initiative.其他技能(如电脑,语言等要求)Specialised knowledge or skills required (PC/Language) ? 有激情,性格开朗,能在压力下高效开展工作;Passionate, cheerful, able to work effectively under pressure;? 熟练操作办公软件;Proficient in office software;? 基本的英语读写能力;Basic English reading and writing skills;? 能够适应频繁出差。Adapt to frequent business trips.
