·         Lead the development and implementation of proper test and validation plans per customer/project requirements.·         Perform the test based upon test plan and procedure, analyze data and write up the test reports·         Understand and follow Engineering Procedures, as well as site procedures, especially as related to Test and Validation responsibilities.       ·         Specify, develop, and qualify laboratory equipment·         Develop and update test procedures and local Work Instructions.·         Ensure that laboratory equipment is set up and properly maintained.·         Translate Product Customer, Industry Requirements into laboratory test and analysis methods. ·         Calculate reliability demonstration for entire product test/validation phase·         Bill of Test is understood and effectively utilized to ensure products meet customer/Borgwarner/industry requirements. Test Laboratory environment, equipment and work standards follow health and safety standards.Position Preference Education: ·         Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, AutomationExperience/Special Skills: ·         Experience in automotive component testing·         Experience in equipment debugging and commissioning·         Experience in instrument calibration and control·         Strong organizational and problem-solving skills·         Self-motivated, hardworking, accountable, good team player·         Willing to hands on
