Job Responsibilities Execute and Deliver a qualified and robust engineering product flawlessly Lean calibration built to assure the seamless functional development execution Build and maintain the Cal Guide and Cal Procedure Support the Cal Review and maintain the Cal Base Take lead about the subsystem functional training including the training material maintained Attend the RSM review  from core software updated, draft AIR, verify the change after SW release, maintain the document Hot Trip/Altitude Trip/Cold Trip testing support Technical Reports submitted and New Technology implemented Create Customer's Value and Exceed Customer’s expectations Support to complete the change. implement CN Finish the problem solving and focus on continue improvement                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       Position Preference (minimum) Education: ·    Bachelor’s Degree in Vehicle Engineering or Internal Combustion Engine required, Master preferred. Experience/Special Skills: ·    Strong technical knowledge about internal combustion engine including detailed understanding of each vehicle system component, especially the engine, transmission and emission control subsystem. ·    Strong analytical and problem solving skills ·    Willing to continuously learn new technologies ·    Excellent language skills in oral and written English ·    At least C class driver license
