工作介绍 GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION：
You are responsible helping our accounting & controlling team to transfer low code and other logic (KNIME & Excel) into Python/R code. The goal would be to help developing small local/web applications that can support our automation efforts for internal reporting. 协助财务部门团队将低代码及其他逻辑(KNIME&Excel)转换成Python/R代码。目的是帮助开发小型本地/web应用程序，以支持财务部的内部报告自动化工作。
本职工作 DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES：
Support with technical knowledge to translate business logic into Python/R code. Write clean, maintainable code following best practices (unit testing, source control, continuous integration, automation, design patterns, etc.) Take full responsibility for the quality of code and test cases that are developed. 要求具备将业务逻辑转换成Python/R代码的专业技术知识。按照最佳实践（单元测试、源代码控制、持续集成、自动化、设计模式等）编写清楚的代码并进行代码维护，对所开发的代码和测试用例的质量负责。
教育及培训 EDUCATION & TRAINING：
At least bachelor degree in a technical field. Best would be a combination of business sciences and IT and finance knowledge is preferred.
技术专业要求本科及以上学历。商业科学和IT结合优先，以及具备财务知识者优先。
知识及经验 KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE：
Familiar with finance knowledge, at least 2 years coding experience with Python or R programming language, best with web application development experience，financial knowledge is preferred. 熟悉财务知识，至少两年以上Python或R编程经验，有web应用程序开发经验者优先。
技能和能力 SKILLS & ABILITIES：
R (with Shiny) or Python application development skills； R(with Shiny）或Python应用开发技能； Excellent finance capability； 出色的财务能力；
Excellent communication skills in Chinese, English would be a plus 突出的中文沟通能力，会英语者优先
