• Provide T&L consultancy and training to employees in China, US and France • Review T&L report from employees and check completeness of documents • Perform system T&L approval and flow to AP • Conduct T&L audit annually • Receive and record all invoices from suppliers • Ensure 3-way match successful in ERP and flow to AP • Monthly accounting record and supporting filing • Help with corporate credit card and air-ticket upload
