Each one involves many hundreds of skilled man-hours of build time, and is constructed to customer specification, brand-new from the ground up. We start by building a tough, light, TIG-welded aluminium spaceframe, mount it on a state-of-the-art hot galvanized chassis, and clad it in high-grade aluminium. Natural sheepswool insulation keeps the unit cool in Summer and warm in Winter. Easy-care aluminium oxide or fiberglass is used to clad the interior, keeping the quality look that is the trademark of all Food Van trailers.
